Voluntarily provided data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, data from the contact form, data from recruitment applications.

Data Retention Periods

  • Performance of contracts: for the duration of the contract and the statute of limitations for claims
  • Recruitment: until the recruitment process ends (or 2 years with consent for future recruitment)
  • Responding to messages: for the duration of the relationship + 1 year
  • Newsletter: until unsubscribed
  • Marketing: until an objection is raised
  • Statistics: until objection, max 50 months
  • Archival purposes and defence: for the necessary period
